Cooking up Spinach!!!

I made a really good dip last night! i It was even good cold today... i sauteed onions, garlic & fresh spinach in a little olive oil. After it cooked down , i added a can of cream of Campbell's mushroom soup. After that got hot , I stirred in a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese....let that all melt and mix together ....its so good with Tostito's!!!
